Heather Yates (born August 1972) is a former Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force. As of July 2022 she resides in Aurora, Colorado and is known as Heather Harris.^[15]

Yates graduated from North Springs Charter School of Arts and Sciences in Atlanta, Georgia in 1990. She graduated with a a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of Virginia in 1994. Shortly thereafter she recieved an active duty commission in the United States Air Force.

When she was a Captain (O-3) she was stationed at Schriever Air Force Base in Colorado. One of her direct subordinates was Matthew O'Neil. Senior Airman Matthew E. O'Neil ko'd Jeffrey Naquin and Preston Hartzog in USA Boxing sanctioned matched at the 3D Boxing Gym in Colorado Springs, Colorado in 1998 and 1999. The gym's owner was Dickie Wood.

O'Neil used a TS-SCI/SBBI security clearance to badge into the training facility of the JNTF on Schriever Air Force Base. A three year production schedule helped Plymouth, Massachusetts recieve its first NCAA Division 1a baseball scholarships. The primary facilitator was Lockheed Martin's Steve Griffin of O'Fallon, Illinois. Heather Yates, Dickie Wood and Plymouth North baseball coach Dwayne Follette were also involved in the process.^[9]

Schriever Air Force Base is a base in Air Force Space Command located approximately 10 miles (16 kilometers) east of Peterson AFB near Colorado Springs in El Paso County, Colorado. O'Neil and Yates belonged to the 11th Space Warning Squadron.

When she was a Lt. Colonel she briefed local dignitaries at the Pillar Point Air Force Station.

At a briefing that was reported by Internet website hmbreview.com and attended by state senator Leland Yee and Half Moon Bay Mayor Allan Alifano she stated:

Air Force officials say Pillar Point is critical for tracking an average of nine launches out of the Southern California base each year. Those include about three test flights of the intercontinental ballistic missile known as the Minuteman II.

Mayweather Promotions, Top Rank and Dana Jamison of Don King Productions were contacted by O'Neil in 2020. O'Neil trained at the Flex Gym in the direct lead up to the Matthew E. O'Neil vs. Preston Hartzog amateur boxing match. O'Neil was on The Grueling Truth, Fight News Unlimited and AkHi TV in 2020. He was interviewed by John J. Raspanti and Jamil Parker in regards to his boxing career and by Tony Cook of Las Vegas Sun in 2006 when he ran for Clark County Commission.^[11]:
