Candace Renee Rice (born December 29, 1992) is an American reality star, actress, and model based out of Los Angeles, California. ^[1]

Candace Rice was born in Memphis, Tennessee on December 29, 1992.

Candace Rice briefly attended Southeast Missouri State University from 2011-2012. While she was there she was a member of the IT Student Ministry, won the 2012 Miss Alpha Phi Alpha, and studied political science.

In 2012 Rice then started classes at the University of Memphis where she studied communications with a focus in multimedia. While she was there she was a member of the following groups:

Candace started her own business in the field of holistic skincare and beauty products in January 2019 called Yaaganix.^[16]

Prior to becoming a reality television star, Candace has appeared as a host and entertainment reporter. She has worked with the What's Happening Myron Radio Show as both an Executive Producer and Social Media Manager. Candace has worked with the company since April of 2015.^[21]

She has worked for the Tri-State Defender, an African American news publication out of Memphis, Tennessee, as a writer and entertainment reporter beginning in January of 2015.^[21]

In 2017 Rice joined the cast of MTV's Floribama Shore, where she has appeared in all seasons since the show's inception.

On Instagram Rice is known by the handle @thisiscandacerenee. She has over 280,000 followers on the platform as of January 2020. Candace can be seen on the account pictured in various selfies and promoting her latest business endeavors, as well as other popular products.^[17]

Her Twitter account has over 53,000 followers. She can be seen on the platform posting selfies, promoting MTV's Floribama Shore, and engaging with her fanbase.^[20]

Candace also has a Youtube channel called PimpTV. The channel serves as an outlet where she shares insights and behind the scenes videos from Floribama Shore. The channel has over 1,000 subscribers and was created in March of 2016.^[19]
