Codi Butts (born March 26, 1992) is an American reality star and social media personality based out of South Carolina. ^[1]

He was born in Westminster, South Carolina on March 26 of 1992. He has a younger sister known as Taylor, who was the one who encouraged Codi to auditioning for MTV's Floribama Shore.^[28]

In March of 2016 a picture was posted on his Instagram account of Codi alongside a youth basketball team, where he coached The photo commemorated the moment when the team won the title of Western District Champions.^[28][26]

Prior to becoming a reality television star, Codi was employed as a bartender at a Seneca, South Carolina bar called The Spot On The Alley and is still often seen on social media at the establishment.^[1]

In 2017 he began his reality television career on MTV 's Floribama Shore. Codi has been on the program since the show's first season. It was his first time in Panama City, Florida. He has flirtatious chemistry with fellow castmate Candace Rice and the two have been out together on dates. He has also been seen canoodling with Nilsa Prowant and Aimee Hall as well.^[28]

Butts has also made an appearance on Celebrity Page in 2019.^[29]

Alongside castmate Kirk Medas, Codi was on MTV's How Far Is Tattoo Far? The two exchanged wacky tattoos, strengthening their bond. The episode aired in the summer of 2019.^[31]

On Instagram Codi is known by the handle @code_eye10 and as of January 2020 has amassed over 274,000 followers. He can be seen on the platform in selfies taken in locations across the United States including New York City, South Carolina, and Florida. He also posts a lot of photos with family, friends and promotions for Natural Light beer.

Codi has over 53,000 followers on Twitter where he engages with his fanbase and posts promotions for Floribama Shore.^[30]
