Kortni Gilson (born July 20, 1995) is an American reality star and model based out of Florida. ^[1]

She was born in Panama City, Florida on July 20, 1995.^[1]

Kortni was involved in a toxic relationship with Logan Fairbanks, who also made appearances on MTV's Floribama Shore. The two broke up in April of 2018 and it was on April 20, 2018 that Logan went to a club where Kortni was and said he would end his life if she wouldn't reconsider their relationship. Gilson then took out a protective order which Fairbanks blatantly ignored in mid May after he was seen riding a skateboard outside of her home. Fairbanks has a history of theft and harassment prior to being involved with Kortni.^[42]

Gilson is currently involved in a relationship with a member of the United States Army named Ryan Trackwell. The two can be seen on eachother's social media accounts canoodling.^[50]

Kortni attended three different high schools in her teens, Bay High School, Arnold High School and A. Crawford Mosley High School. She was a cheerleader during those years. After high school graduation she attended Florida Virtual School, then transferred to Gulf Coast State College, where she briefly attended courses.^[41]

Prior to becoming a reality television star Kortni was employed as a dancer and bartender at the Coyote Ugly Saloon.^[39]

Kortni joined the cast of MTV's Floribama Shore on the show's first season and has since appeared on every season since the reality program's inception in 2017. One memorable moment on the show involves Kortni drunkenly peeing on a bed.^[38][44]

She has also appeared on an episode of Good Day Columbia and has done press circuits with her Floribama castmates at various locations.^[39]

On October 19, 2016 Kortni was discovered sleeping at the wheel of her running vehicle by an officer at a Panama City gas station. She was parked between two cars in the parking lot, feet away from a rack of propane tanks. According to the police report, when the officer questioned Gilson and asked if she knew where she was Kortni replied that she did and that they were in front of Newby's, a bar. She was sentenced to 12 months probation and community service.^[40]

In a prior 2014 incident Kortni was found alongside three friends with an open container in a parking lot near their Chevrolet pickup truck. Kortni told the police that she only had one drink and had to pay an open container fine of $160.^[40]

On Instagram Kortni is known by the the handle @_k0nigi and has amassed over 320,000 followers as of December 2019. On the platform she can be seen in selfies alongside friends, family and her fellow cast members of Floribama Shore. Kortni also has a few photos of her animals on the account, which include her pit bull, a couple of cats, and even a parrot.^[33]
