Gus Caleb Smyrnios (born March 20, 1995) is an American reality star and model based out of Atlanta. ^[1]

He was born in Tallahassee, Florida on March 20 of 1995. At the age of 17 he had a falling out with his parents and was kicked out of his home. As a result he couch-surfed, staying at the homes of various friends.^[22]

Gus has a younger brother named Seth and a sister named Leah.

The three have been seen together on Gus' Social media.

Smyrnios has had an on and off relationship with MTV Floribama Shore cast member Nilsa Prowant beginning in season 1. He then became involved with a blonde named Lisa for a while, but has since moved on to a Lisa-lookalike named Athena Megaloudis. The two can be found on each other's Instagram accounts canoodling.^[22]

Prior to becoming a reality television personality Gus had been a model, appearing on dozens of romance novel covers and an advertisement for Armani fragrances.^[22]

In 2017 Gus began his reality television career on MTV's Floribama Shore. He has been on the program since the show's inception in 2017. He has also appeared on season 33 of The Challenge, alongside Mattie Lynn Breaux. In 2019 he appeared on an episode of Celebrity Page as a guest.^[24]

On Instagram Smyrnios goes by the handle @guscalebsmyrnios and has amassed over 442,000 followers on the platform. Gus can be seen on the account in a variety of selfies and photos alongside his current girlfriend, Athena Megaloudis and fellow castmates of MTV's Floribama Shore.
