**Otis T. Carr ** has some information in the public domain for anyone who may be technically minded or interested in furthering Carr's research.

As a protégé of Nikola Tesla much of Carr's theory, dynamics and mechanics re gravity / anti-gravity are Tesla-based.

According to Carr:

"Any vehicle accelerated to an axis rotation relative to its attractive inertial mass, immediately becomes activated by free-space-energy and acts as an independent force...

We have shown that a charged body, accelerated to an axis rotation relative to this attractive inertial mass, indicates polarity ^[18]in a given direction.

The dip-needle points, say, up toward the top of the body.

But mount this while rotating body, with its spindle, on another platform and rotate this platform on a spindle, then if the counter-rotation is greater than the inertial forward rotation of the body, a dip-needle on the second platform will point down while the first dip-needle points up, indicating complete relativity of polarity.

When the exact counter-rotation matches the forward rotation the body loses its polarity entirely and immediately becomes activated by free-energy (tensor stresses in space) and acts as an independent force...

The above-described assembly of counter-rotating charged masses becomes weightless and will escape the immediate attraction of gravitational forces."

Carr's use of the phrase "complete relativity of polarity" logically may derive to total mechanically-controlled arbitrariness of polarity or that polarity can vary in any 3-D (or more broadly using 4-D Space-Time Warp with time as the fourth dimension) spatial direction, with perhaps Einstein force or Albert Einstein derived relativity ^[23] (anywhere at the same time) in mind.

Carr's use of the term 'body'^[27]likely also infers his transport vehicle and or more generally anything with a mass, 'body' also being a standard physics and astronomy term.

Quantum physics-mechanics has what is called Heisenberg's Uncertainty principle where a particle with zero net momentum (e.g. Gravitational singularity and Mechanical singularity) could hypothetically be anywhere at the same time, or a particle with near-infinite momentum could seemingly be nowhere to be found.

There appear to be new factors in 2016 favoring Carr's methodology re strengths of needed counter-rotating magnetic vortices and which Carr did not possess in 1960.

New material science is available to make even stronger electro-magnetic (EM) vortices at higher temperatures, even room temperatures.

For example a new method enables materials to carry more electrical current without resistance at higher temperatures.

Carr was likely using copper wires for his core disk electro-magnets.

Now however - "iron-based superconductors can conduct electricity without resistance at unusually high temperatures relative to those of conventional superconductors (which must be chilled to near absolute zero [minus 459 degrees Fahrenheit] to release their superconducting powers).

In addition, they're relatively easy to bend and can carry electrical current easily in different directions under high magnetic fields before superconductivity becomes suppressed.

These characteristics make iron-based superconductors promising for advanced energy applications, from electric vehicles to wind turbines."

^[10] Ralph Ring's videos point out that at higher or very high counter-rotational speeds - this is where the most notable physics transformations or potentially even Space-Time Warp ing occurred.

Magnetic field strengths may vary inversely proportional to the cube of the distance away from the field source.

^{[11] [12]} Or algebraically and well-oversimplified: H x = H 0 × (1/(X3)) and solving for H 0 = H x × X3where X is the distance from the source.However, using an approximation formula via a spherical magnet, because it results in simplified distance - magnetic field strength calculations:

B z = B r × ( 2/ 3) × (r 3 /((r + z ) 3) where B r = magnetic field strength (flux density) on the outer sphere surface, r is the radius of the sphere, z is the distance from the sphere and B z is the magnetic field strength (flux density) at some distance z from the sphere.

Using the above calculation formula, which is simplified, and making some rough approximations: Assume an observer is viewing a hypothetical Carr electro-magnetized vortices machine at a distance of some 50 meters from below it (machine is directly above the observer), its diameter is 45 feet (and radius = 22.5 feet = 6.858 meters) and observer's magnetometer-in-hand shows a measured magnetic flux density value of some 2 Tesla (B z ). What is the needed B r or magnetic flux density of the machine (B r ) on the machine's surface (again approximated as spherical)?

Plugging the above equation into an Excel spreadsheet and using Excel's solver, yields a value of some 1,709.636 Tesla (roughly 1700 T).

Magnetic flux-field density varies inversely in proportion to the cube of the distance from its source.

Light (including X-rays, heat dissipation, electric fields, radiation, sound from a point source) and many other physics phenomena including gravity - vary according to the Inverse- square law.

"Any point source which spreads its influence equally in all directions without a limit to its range will obey the inverse square law."

^[17] This makes magnetic fields unique in their properties.Strong magnetic fields are therefore fundamentally far more three-dimensionally immersive [22](immersive since it is inversely proportional to distance cubed*) or 3D (X 3 or X times Y times Z) localized highly influential-persuasive-powerful*, and beyond merely two dimensionally fading (beyond planar, X2or X times Y only) than a large number of other physics properties.

In short and perhaps-hypothetically but therefore: Very strong magnetic fields better (or even solely) create Space-Time Warp ing than other phenomena, ref.

Neutron star s (104to 1011Tesla), and black hole magnetic fields.

^[21] A possibly unproven twist or corollary would be that - [strong] magnetic fields emanate not just from a point source but from moving, multiple (e.g. spinning) point sources; such as magnetic vortices or magnetic-magnetized spinning disks.

For reference purposes, see Orders of magnitude (magnetic field) table, the strongest pulsed magnetic field yet obtained in a laboratory (as of 2016 and excluding Carr since we do not have Carr's magnetometer readings available), and destroying the equipment used but not the laboratory itself (occurred at the Institute for Solid State Physics, Tokyo) - it was 730 Tesla; a Neutron star is on the order of 10 4 or 10 6 T or only roughly ten to 10 3 higher than 1700T, ∴ approaching a relevant range of extraordinarily altered physics properties, again see Neutron star.

The calculation in the second above paragraph (1709T) is approximate and hypothetical.

Further from Carr's design point of view - his equipment's strongest magnetic inducement would be along the vertical axis due to his vortices configuration and additionally - because of Carr's counter-rotating vortices, there could and even should be some field strength cancellation.

Very hypothetically, Carr's-machine 'Event horizon' could be between its rotating disk and its counter-rotating outer shell or hull and particularly at its core or spindle's location while its 'Mechanical singularity' could be on or just outside its external surface, see also Black hole and White hole- especially if a 'black hole closely adjacent to a white hole' configuration was a virtual, theoretical high-energy construct, i.e. Carr's machine modeled as a 'low or fractional Neutron star Tesla configuration' for better understanding purposes.

There is no information or verbal description to suggest Ralph Ring's hand or Carr's table were in any way strongly 'drawn or pulled into' Carr's spinning tabletop prototype which Ralph apparently was able to place his hand through, as would be the case with say a black hole, nor did Ralph suggest his hand was pushed away as would be the case with a white hole.

Again, Ralph indicated the rapidly spinning tabletop prototype subsequently and entirely vanished.

It is also true that Ralph's hand was not spinning so his hand may have been exogenous ^[2], independent relative to the state of the machine.

In performing recent (2016) quantum computer work with magnetic vortices, researchers searched for materials where electric fields could mimic effects of a magnetic field - but finding materials where this effect was strong enough and still worked at room temperature had proven difficult.

The solution they arrived at was using magnetic vortices.

Researchers fabricated, in their case, magnetic micro-disks that had no north and south poles like those on a bar magnet, but which magnetized into a vortex.

A magnetic field emanates from the disk's vortex core.

At the center point, the field is particularly strong and rises perpendicular to the disk. ^[15]Defeating gravity would mean generating a force perpendicular to a gravitational body.

Of the four (or five if Dark Energy is included) natural forces, electromagnetism (whose carrier particle is the photon) is 1036powers of 10 stronger than gravity (whose carrier particle is the graviton).

This does not prove Carr's technology works, but using the Duck test or Abductive reasoning it supports his methodology of using electromagnetism to defeat gravity.

"Magnetic fields associated with UFOs have produced a wide variety of effects strongly suggesting a static or slowly changing field.

They have induced permanent magnetism in ferrous objects such as signs and flagpoles.

Many wristwatches have been stopped during a UFO sighting then later found by a jeweler to be magnetized."

"The Colorado group found that stopping a car engine (whose ignition coil proved the most vulnerable point) would take a magnetic field at least as powerful as 20,000 gauss".

^[29]20,000 Gauss (unit) would be equivalent to 2 Tesla (unit) or 2T.

Automobile car engines stopping is a frequently cited UFO phenomenon.

^[9] Magnetometer s are used to measure Magnetization (of magnetic materials) and direction of a magnetic field at a point in space.

Gaussmeters and teslameters are magnetometers measuring in units of gauss and tesla, respectively.

In approximation (see prior section, sample calculation above) a Carr 45' diameter (22.5' radius) prototype calculated "operating power configuration" magnetic vortices engine would or must hypothetically generate-achieve roughly 1,700 Tesla, if it were to simulate a "Colorado car-stopping UFO," i.e. stopping car engines at a distance of some 50 meters below it.

Of note: There have been reports that a military base in Wyoming (Warren AFB) experienced a power outage due to UFO activity (denied by the military).

^[7]Whether the incident at W-AFB occurred or not, it is difficult to believe a low-flying 1,700 Tesla UFO would not in some way disrupt-halt-interrupt power lines, power transformers, etc. It does not appear inaccurate to state - a 1,700T UFO engine essentially simulates or works using a localized fraction of the power of a Neutron star, in a machine that may be switched on and off.

A derived corollary would be - do not test a working Carr prototype near currently operating machinery or moving vehicles - or test the machine from within a magnetically shielded area, e.g. using Electromagnetic shielding, underground, or hypothetically inside a mountain or again hypothetically on perhaps the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah or a wide open, no power lines, low-to-no density population, infrequently visited area - for safety and greater test operational purposes.

With the machine turned off, it induces-poses no magnetic interference to its surroundings.

While in operation, it would not be dangerous to people (ref.**Magnetic resonance imaging or MRI, see alsoMRI Robot **for challenges related to working within higher than normal magnetized equipment-environments) except perhaps anyone with an electronic pacemaker and obviously nearby electronic equipment such as computers might best be well magnetically shielded.

Since the most powerful magnetic field strengths would be directly below-above machine (based on the quantum computer magnetic vortex findings several paragraphs above) -directly above-below prototype and strongest at its core would be most highly magnetically affected - thus the precautions in this paragraph may be overly strict, but it would depend on actual magnetometer readings on-around the prototype while it's operating.

Ralph Ring in at least one of his videos mentions ^[6]focusing on a white spherical object which [amazingly] color-changed/closed-down and transformed into a blue-aquamarine color ^[6] (color-coded geographic location) during craft operation to hypothetically navigate-co-pilot-directionalize-focus Carr's OTC-X1.

The aqua-marine object he and the other two OTC-X1 co-pilots focused on could have been a modified or reconfigured - shielding provided in some way Van de Graaf Generator (VDG), and pictured in the diagram above for this article, Fig. 4 (lower left of image) at top - particularly since the VDG's placement appears to be at the center of Carr's hand sketch.

The counter-rotating disk-shell EM vortices configuration could have been used to power the generator.

One of the properties of VDG's is that they are safe to use yet can safely handle 400,000 volts of power, for instance.

^[1]Lacking Carr's notes prevents confirmation of this, but given Ralph's description of the shape of the aqua-marine sphere, its physical location in the craft, likely high voltages encountered generating large Tesla values, and Carr's mentoring by Nikola Tesla- the functionality-purpose of the VDG seems likely part of Carr's engineered configuration, whether it was used for power-EM buffering, pilot safety purposes or navigation ^[6].

One of the reasons life has successfully evolved on Earth is protection via Earth's magnetosphere.

Otis Carr's design of counter rotating magnetic vortices would automatically set up a protective magnetosphere around the machine, thereby protecting life inside.

This is a built-in or inherent ^[8]safety design feature which Rockets and their attendant pilot-passenger capsules do not provide.

Carr used the term Utron (energy battery) ^[13]to describe his vehicle's stored power source, which in more recent scientific terminology may also be termed a Compressed magnetic flux generator (from a battery starter, initial start-up energy source and subsequent energy magnifier) and or Flux switching alternator.
