Rachel Dares is a Celebrity Publicist, Travel Blogger and Television Host based in Orange County, California. She is the host of the upcoming television program, Traveling in Stilettos. ^[2]

Rachel was born in North Dakota and her father was in the military.

From the age of 9 to 21, she lived in the Philippines and went to college there, as well.

Rachel has a Bachelor's degree in Education as an English major, from Saint Joseph's College in 1994.

Rachel also graduated with a Radio Broadcasting degree, she earned in 2014 at The Academy of Radio & Television Broadcasting.

Upon graduating from college, Rachel moved to the United States and settled in Oxnard.

Since 2016, Rachel Dares has been the PR Director for Big Hype Marketing.

As the head of PR, she guides clients to help connect them with the media, industry movers, and shakers that help maximize their exposure and catapult their career.

The show is based on the concept of Los Angeles being its own melting pot for people fashion trends, red carpets, and film debuts.
