Preston Mostrong is a 19 year old resident of Santee, California, a suburb of San Diego. [1]
Allegations
Preston Mostrong and his older brother Austin Mostrong were arrested and charged with kidnapping, torturing, robbing and beating a 50 year old homeless man, George Lowery, to death. Austin Mostrong's cheerleader girlfriend, Hailey Suder was also charged in relation to the attack. [1]
George Lowery was found after the attack bloodied, beaten, and hogtied in a riverbed, gurgling blood by his wife. He was hospitalized but died five days later due to his injuries. [1]
The altercation started when the brothers were shooting another homeless man with a paintball gun.

Afterwards Preston and his brother robbed, kidnapped, tortured, and beat George Lowery to death. [1]
In 2014 Preston Mostrong pleaded guilty to petty theft.
He was fined and given three years of probation.
