Hailey Suder is a student and cheerleader at Santana High School.
Allegations
On June 17, 2016 Suder was arrested and charged in connection with murder with the kidnapping, torture and beating death of a 50-year-old homeless man.
She is accused of watching her boyfriend, Austin Mostrong, and his brother, Preston Mostrong, kill George Lowery in April in Santee, California.
Suder is being held without bail at Los Colinas Detention Facility.
Charges
She was originally charged with first-degree murder and accessory to murder and would have faced 25 years to life in prison if convicted.
However, the charges were later reduced to two counts of being "an accessory after the fact".
She has pleaded not guilty.
If convicted, she faces up to 3 years in prison.
