Lindsay Hensley Clark is the Artistic Director of Tampa Ballet Theatre, and the Owner and Director of Tampa Bay Ballet.
She is also the founding President of the Board of Directors for Tampa Ballet Theatre, Inc. a nonprofit 501c3 ballet company.
Lindsay Hensley Clark graduated from the North Carolina School of the Arts, and attended and performed with many other prestigious schools and companies, some of which include, School of American Ballet (SAB), American Ballet Theatre (ABT), New York Ballet Institute, Greenville Ballet, Asheville Ballet formerly Land of the Sky Civic Ballet, Charlotte Ballet formerly North Carolina Dance Theatre, Tampa Bay Ballet (TBB) and Tampa Ballet Theatre TBT.
While Directing TBB and TBT Lindsay Hensley Clark has restated many classical, neoclassical and original works such as: The Nutcracker, Giselle, Dracula, Midsummer Nights Dream, Alice In Wonderland, Les Sylphides, Sleeping Beauty An Evening at the Ballet, Cinderella, and Coppélia, and excerpts from La Bayadère, Les Corsaire, Swan Lake, Esmerelda, Romeo and Juliet and Don Quixote. In addition to regularly scheduled professional performances, the school and company participate in several community events, demonstrations and in house Winter and Summer Intensive Workshops and Performances.

In 1997, Lindsay Hensley Clark graduated from the North Carolina School of the Arts in Winston Salem, North Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in Ballet. She also studied Business Management at Asheville–Buncombe Technical Community College.
Arrest
On November 27, 2017 Lindsay Hensley Clark was arrested on a misdemeanor dating violence charge after an altercation with her boyfriend over "sex toys and a laptop."
According to an arrest affidavit, Lindsay Hensley-Clark, 38, struck her beau, Chad Scerbo, in the face during a late-night dispute inside Hensley-Clark’s apartment in Palm Harbor, a Tampa suburb.
“During an altercation over sex toys and a laptop, Lindsay and Chad got into a verbal argument,” a sheriff’s deputy reported.
“During that argument, Lindsay admitted to slapping Chad as she was upset over what Chad had said.”
The arrest affidavit does not detail what Chad said, nor does it further describe the sex toy/laptop altercation.
Lindsay Hensley-Clark was arrested on a misdemeanor dating violence charge. She spent about 12 hours in custody before being released yesterday on her own recognizance.
At a court hearing yesterday, Hensley-Clark pleaded not guilty to the battery charge, while a judge issued an order allowing her to maintain contact with Scerbo.
