Terrio Harshaw (better known as Lil TerRio, born July 29, 2007) is an dancer, meme, entertainer, and internet sensation from Georgia. He is recognised for his signature "ooh kill 'em" dance.

TerRio hails from Riverdale, Georgia. On June 19, 2013, the Vine account Maleek uploaded a video of Lil TerRio doing his signature pop dance. He uploaded subsequent videos throughout the next month and went viral online. In the clips, Cousin Maleek can be saying "ooh kill 'em" in a variety of waves to TerRio's moves.

Several athletes have imitated as part of their celebratory dances, including John Wall, DeSean Jackson, and Tavon Austin.

In February 2020, TerRio gained even more popularity, when he started posting rap freestyles on his Instagram with over 901,000 followers as of May, 2020.^[14][15]

On September 7, 2013, Meek Mill released the song "Ooh Kill 'Em" in honor of TerRio and featured audio from Maleek's video at the beginning of the song.

The phrase "Ooh Kill 'Em" was echoed by LeBron James in a Samsung commercial.^[13]

Lil TerRio was born in Riverdale, Georgia and was raised by his single mother, who worked as a hairdresser.^[13]
