Jeremy Joseph Christian is an American ex-convict residing in Portland, Oregon.
Career

Christian dropped out of high school and worked four years at a pizza shop before serving an 8 year prison sentence, during which time he got into many fights and spent most of his time in Solitary confinement. Christian was suicidal in prison.
Christian was a supporter of Jill Stein and Bernie Sanders. [1]
Personal Life
He is a career criminal known to police in the state of Oregon.
Christian has never had a romantic relationship and doesn’t know how to drive.
He doesn’t know how to engage in conversation and often makes provocative statements to compensate for his social dysfunction.
A week before his killing rampage, Christian's mom threatened to throw out his 15,000 volume comic book collection which he was storing at her house because she said it was taking up too much space.
This news deeply upset Christian.
Killings
Two men came to the women's defense, one identified as Taliesen Myrddin Namkai Meche, and were then stabbed to death by Christian.
A third person was also stabbed and was transported to a local hospital who was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Christian was heard yelling, "Get off the bus, and get out of the country because you don't pay taxes here."
After the train stopped moving, Christian was also heard cursing and stated, "This is free America, I can do whatever I want."
Officers arrested Christian as he ran from the Hollywood transit station into the neighborhood near Providence Portland Medical Center.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation has also offered its resources to help Portland police with the investigation.
Charges

Christian is facing two counts of aggravated murder, attempted murder, two counts of intimidation and felon in possession of a restricted weapon.
Criminal History
On the same date, also pled guilty to carrying or using a dangerous weapon.
In November 2010, Christian was accused of first-degree theft and being a felon in possession of a firearm in Multnomah County.
The case was dismissed for unknown reasons on January 18, 2011.
