Most recently Singer served as the CEO for Victoria's Secret Lingerie at L Brands. On January 28, 2020, she was appointed by J.Crew to serve as CEO. [17]
Career
Prior to becoming CEO of Victoria's Secret in 2016, Singer was CEO at Spanx from June 2014 to March 2016. Before that she served as corporate Vice president of Global Apparel at Nike from February 2004 to June 2014. [16]
Singer has also served in several leadership roles at Nike, Inc., including the corporate vice president of global footwear and global apparel where she lead the teams who launched innovations like Nike flyknit, Lunar and the global reset of Nike Apparel. She also also served as the vice president and general manager of Reebok‘s women’s business and played key marketing and global communications roles for Chanel Beauty, Calvin Klein Cosmetics and Prada Beauty. She was elected to be an Independent Board Director for Kate Spade & Company in 2015, and served as the Beauty and Fitness Editor for YM (magazine). [16]

In 2018, Singer was named a National Outstanding Mother honoree, an award honoring her contributions and influence as a mother, businesswoman, philanthropist, and mentor. She is also the 2018 recipient of the Beta Gamma Sigma Business Achievement award, recognizing her significant accomplishments in business, leadership and service. [16]
