Jessica Bartlett grew up in Paso Robles, California and graduated from Paso Robles High School in 2014. Bartlett's mother, Alicia Giordano-Bartlett is a real estate broker in Paso Robles. Bartlett has been cheerleading since she was 10 years old and won a national championship as a member of the California All-Stars Snipers cheer team. She later competed as a member of the California Allstars Black Ops cheer team. ^[6] Bartlett graduated from University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2018. At UC Berkeley, she was involved in the Alpha Phi sorority. ^[3]

She has over 500,000 followers on Instagram (as of October 2019) where she mainly posts photos of herself modeling swimsuits and other clothing with witty captions. She has worked with fashion brands including KO Watches, Boutine LA, and PLVGD. ^{[2] [1]} Since September 2018, Jessica Bartlett has worked as the Social media Manager for SRC Speciality Restaurants Corporation. Bartlett manages all company marketing campaigns in the digital space. In her role, she also works on influencer marketing partnerships and provides expertise on emerging trends and technologies in the social space that can enhance outreach. ^[3]

Bartlett is the Co-Founder and Director of Marketing at Pongea, an online cosmetics retailer. She co-founded the company in July 2016. She established the company’s media presence by implementing digital growth campaigns through content strategy and digital analytics. She also designed the company's website and curated all products sold.^[3]

She previously worked at Red Bull, from 2017 to 2018, in On Premise Sales and as a Collegiate Marketing Team Member. While working in On Premise Sales, she acted as a liaison and personal contact for on-premise accounts and partnerships in the Bay Area.
