Murder and Sexual Assault of Victoria Martens
On August 24, 2016 Victoria Martens's 10th birthday Fabian Gonzales, Michelle Martens, and Jessica Kelley injected Victoria with methamphetamine before sexually assaulting, torturing and strangling the girl to death.
Michelle Martens told Albuquerque Police that Fabian drugged the girl with meth so he could calm her down and have sex with her.
She also said Jessica Kelley held her hand over the child's mouth and she stabbed the girl in the stomach after Fabian had choked her. [4]
Michelle also told investigators that Fabian and Jessica dismembered the girl.
Victoria's body was found by Albuquerque Police on fire in a bathtub with her arms and legs cut off.

All three face charges of child abuse resulting in death, kidnapping and tampering with evidence.
Fabian and Jessica Kelley both face another charge of criminal sexual penetration of a minor. [3]
Criminal Record
Fabian Gonzales has four battery charges on his record, two resulting in great bodily harm.
He was also charged with an open count of child abuse in 2014 and abandonment of a child that same year.
