Jessica Kelley is a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico. She is the cousin of Fabian Gonzales. Fabian is the boyfriend of Michelle Martens who is the mother of Victoria Martens. She attended Rio Grande High School in Albuquerque. ^{[undefined] [1]}

On August 24, 2016 Victoria Martens's 10th birthday Jessica Kelley, Michelle Martens, and Fabian Gonzales injected her with methamphetamine before sexually assaulting, torturing and strangling the girl to death.

Michelle Martens the mother told Albuquerque Police that Fabian drugged the girl with meth so he could calm her down and have sex with her. She said Jessica held her hand over the child's mouth and she stabbed the girl in the stomach after Fabian had choked her. ^[undefined]

Michelle also told investigators that Fabian and Jessica dismembered the girl. Victoria's body was found by Albuquerque Police on fire in a bathtub with her arms and legs cut off. ^[undefined]

All three face charges of child abuse resulting in death, kidnapping and tampering with evidence.

Jessica and Fabian face another charge of criminal sexual penetration of a minor.

Jessica Kelley has four battery charges on her sheet, plus one pending domestic abuse charge she’s supposed to appear in court for on August 29th.

Those charges were filed back in 2011.

Kelley pleaded no contest to assaulting a peace officer in 2007 and to DWI in 2011.

She was found guilty for another DWI in 2010.

Kelley also has two shoplifting and one drug trafficking charge.
