Charles Elliott is an American resident of El Dorado, Arkansas.

Charles Elliott is the father of 4 children and is in a relationship with Erica Michelle Shryock. ^[1]

On May 14, 2017, Elliott and Erica were arrested when their newborn baby was taken to the Magnolia Regional Medical Center in Magnolia, Arkansas.

The infant was discovered to have about 75-100 bites scattered on its body. The baby also needed to have facial reconstruction surgery due to a one-inch-wide wound down to its skull from the rodent bites.

Physicians stated that the baby was probably in distress for at least hours, and that parents were either incapacitated or absent to not have responded to the baby’s suffering.

The Magnolia Police Department found evidence of a rodent problem as well as blood at the home where Shryock, Elliott, the baby, and another roommate lived.

Elliott and Erica made their first court appearance on May 17, 2017, on one count each of first-degree endangering the welfare of a minor.
