Bar-son "Unique" Jones, known by his stage name, Young Dirty Bastard, is an American rapper and entrepreneur with a focus in cryptocurrency tech. ^{[9] [25]} He is the son of Wu-Tang Clan co-founder, Ol' Dirty Bastard. ^{[12] [11]}

Bar-Son Unique was born and raised in Brooklyn, a place where he has lived for most of his life. ^[1] He is the son of Icelene and Russell Jones. He has two sisters named Shaquita and Taniqua. ^[11]

He grew up in New York City and also Atlanta with his immediate family and would also spend time with his father, also known as Ol' Dirty Bastard in the hip hop community. ^[5] His father was at the height of his career when he was a kid and got to experience what it was like to live with him. ^[7] According to an interview with Vlad TV, Bar-Son is one of the few people who got to see his father during the last moments of his life. ^{[7] [28]}

He has been involved in many of his father's posthumous content released by his estate.

He was involved in the making of Dirty: Platinum Edition, a documentary that was made about his father ^{[8] [2]}

He has also overseen commemorative projects.

Bar-Son has collaborated several times with RZA, who is also his cousin, as well as other members of Wu-Tang Clan. He has taken part in several live concerts and events where he often takes over the verses of his late father. ^[9]

He is a collaborator and great supporter of WuTang Clan, the organization.

Bar-Son began to release his own music under Young Dirty Bastard as early as 2011.

His first album is called Food Stamp Celebrity and was released by Wu Music Group.^[17]

He would followup with his own independent release called A Dirty Tomorrow. ^[17]

Bar-Son has a keen interest in the tech industry, particularly in blockchain and cyrptocurrency.

He has often attended conferences related to the aforementioned technologies.
