Tannner Shipman is an American high school wrestler at Norman High School in Oklahoma.
He was arrested for sexually assaulting two other students while on a bus while returning from a tournament which occurred on January 9, 2016.
The victims are both 16 year old and 12 year old male students.
His accomplices Sage Gandenberger, Chase Smith, and Hunter Matthews, were charged as youthful offenders, while Tanner is being charged as an Adult. [undefined]
