Tanner Fox is a YouTube vlogger and a professional scooter rider who has more than 12 million followers across various social media platforms. He has 8 million subscribers on his YouTube channel under the name MTflims and over 700 million views. He has over 4.4 million followers on Instagram. ^[1]

Tanner Fox grew up in San Diego, California with his parents and a sister named Lindsay. He was born on December 22, 1999. He's always enjoyed playing with hover-boards, scooters and skateboards and was inspired by Dylan Morrison and other stunt riders. ^[2]

Tanner has been shooting and sending videos online from an early age.

When he was eleven, he got kicked out of private Catholic school for filming in class and uploading it on his YouTube channel. ^[3]

Fox published his first video on September 9, 2011, titled "district v2 deck snap!!!!" and it pulled in over twenty million views.

On July 14, Jake Paul, a controversial YouTube vlogger, held a backyard party where maskless influencers swung from heavy machinery which Fox attended. Later, Fox tested positive for Coronavirus (COVID-19) and posted a vlog of him finding out on July 15. In the vlog, Fox says he was in close proximity to Paul two days prior, on or around July 13 — the day before Paul's party. On camera, Fox calls Paul and gives him the news. Paul said he didn't care about having potentially been exposed and said a doctor had just tested him at his home prior to Fox's call. ^[25][26]
