Steve Haddadin (born June 21, 1997) is an American Real estate broker who deals in the luxury real estate market and investment properties. He is the founder and the president of King Real Estate Group, a full-service real estate company operating in Orange County, California.[1][12]
Early Life and Education
Haddadin was born on June 21, 1997, in Los Angeles, California. In 2003, Haddadin and his family moved to Yorba Linda, CA. In 2011, Haddadin and his family moved to Amman, Jordan and attended 2 years of high school at Amman Baccalaureate School. He returned to Yorba Linda in 2013.
He received his Associate of Arts degree in Economics and certification in Accounting in 2017 from Fullerton College. Simultaneously, he enrolled at California State University, Fullerton in 2015, and earned his Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Finance in 2018. In 2019, Haddadin enrolled at California State University, Los Angeles, and received a graduate certificate in Real estate.
In 2021, Haddadin enrolled in Capital University Law School and is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor degree with an emphasis in Corporate Law.[2]

Career
Haddadin started his real estate career in 2013 as a Property Manager and was responsible for managing retail and office buildings.
In 2016, he received his real estate license[4] and joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.
He worked there for two years in their Residential Real Estate department.
In 2019, Haddadin was appointed a member of the advisory board of the Center for Real Estate at California State University, Fullerton.[5] As a board member, he is part of a team that help students become the next generation of Real Estate leaders. He also used this opportunity to foster relations with other organizations including the CCIM Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers, and Institute of Real Estate Management.
Haddadin also led the center to develop a new graduate program in Real Estate that was accredited by the CCIM Institute (1 out of 4 universities in California and 1 out of 52 universities in the United States).
The institute introduced two new courses, Real Estate Law and Real Estate Practice.
The courses were aligned with the California Bureau of Real Estate.
In 2020, Haddadin was appointed to Vice President of Legislative Affairs of Institute of Real Estate Management, Orange County, California from December 2nd, 2020 to December 2nd, 2021. As the Vice President of Legislative Affairs, Haddadin represented the Orange County, California, real estate market. He discussed the impacts of the new legislation within the real estate industry, identified different issues, coordinated with the council, coordinated with politicians and legislative advocate groups, and would have legislative updates published on Source Magazine.[13][14] He most notably was instrumental during the COVID-19 economic relief package.
Entrepreneurial Experience
King Real Estate Group
In 2019, Haddadin became a licensed real estate broker and founded King Real Estate Group, a full-service real estate company in Orange County, California. The company’s purpose is to advise potential homeowners and investors regarding their real estate needs.[6][7] The company also provides commercial and residential sales, mortgage assistance, portfolio management, and real estate consultation services.[8]

Haddadin lives in Yorba Linda, California. He is passionate about basketball, cars, and traveling. He is fluent in Arabic and English. He is an avid steak connoisseur and established Wagyu Day in the United States on June 21.
