Sierah Joughin was a student at the University of Toledo. Joughin had been attending the university since the fall of 2014 and was studying Human Resource Management.
Disappearance
Sierah Joughin was last seen after biking with her boyfriend on the night of July 19, 2016. A massive search occurred in Metamora, Ohio.
Joughin's purple bike had been found close to the area where she was last seen.
There were signs of a struggle.
The FBI – Federal Bureau of Investigation was involved in the case and authorities offered up to $100,000 reward to help find her.
Investigation
James D. Worley was arrested and arraigned on July 22, 2016 in connection with the abduction of Joughin, whose remains were found on July 23, 2016. Enough probable cause was found to connect Worley to her disappearance.
