Personal Life
Shirley Hung (Shirley Henry) is married to Ed Henry. The couple met while they were both working at CNN. They married in 2010 at the Wynn Las Vegas Resort at a wedding featuring an Elvis impersonator. The couple have two children. [6] [10]
In May , it was revealed that Shirley's husband had a 10 month affair with Las Vegas hostess Natalia Lima. [3][4]
Education
Shirley Hung (Shirley Henry) schooled at Boston University with Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Bachelor of Arts in International Relations. In 1998, she received a Master's in Public Policy from Georgetown University.[4]
Career
In 2005, Shirley became an Executive Producer of the America Bureau at CNN. From 2008-2011, she was a Coverage Manager, supervising all aspects of CNN Washington's newsgathering on the weekends. In 2013, she became a Supervising Producer of National Security. Hung managed CNN's Washington-based National Security unit, covering the Pentagon, Department of State, intelligence, terrorism and other issues related to national security. She also aupervised CNN's Security Clearance blog.[4]
