I have a headphone company in San Diego," Roohparvar also added that he also owns a clothing boutique and recently put an offer in on a lounge in San Francisco.

In addition, Roohparvar mentioned, "I have a club in Seattle, I have a restaurant in Seattle;I just signed three leases.
