Sara Hubert was an 18-year-old from Norfolk, Nebraska. ^[5]

Sara is originally from Elliott, Iowa but moved to Norfolk sometime in her youth. She attended Griswold High School and was a senior student who was set to graduate May 21st. Sara loved dogs and in her free time, she enjoyed hanging out with friends. Sara is remembered for her infectious smile and generosity towards others.

During the afternoon of May 17th, Hubert was driving west on Route 59 at the junction of Route 121 when she failed to yield her vehicle.

She was hit on the driver's side of her car and died from her injuries.

Sara was not wearing a seatbelt.

Visitation for Sara is May 19th from 6-8pm while the funeral will be held at 10 am Saturday, May 20th all at Snider memorial in Clearwater, Nebraska. A Celebration of life in Elliott Iowa at the community building on Monday, May 22 from 5-8.
