Early Life
Sara was born in Houston, Texas where she lived until she was about 5 years old. Her family then moved to Plano, Texas where she graduated high school. She grew up with parents who taught her about conservative values. It wasn't until she was about 17 years old that she began to have the confidence to share her conservative beliefs with her friends. In high school, she was a choir nerd and a member of the show choir.
She was involved in Theatre and Drama. She was voted the βMost Likely to Become an International Pop Star,β her senior class. During high school, she also did an internship at Garland Police Department, where she learned about forensic investigator training. [5]
Education
She graduated cum laude from Texas State University with a major in Criminal justice and a minor in Forensic psychology. She was a highly politically active college student during the Bush Administration. [5]
Career
After graduating from college she worked several jobs until she earned her license as a health insurance broker.
She has since written for several Right-wing publications including, The Blaze and Red State in late 2015. In 2016, she covered most of the election writing for the aforementioned publications. Her focus is usually on Health care and Women's Health, among other topics including Immigration. [10] [7]
Her mentors in the conservative field have been, Leon Wolf and Ben Sasse. [5]
