Robert Telles is a politician.^[2][3]

Robert Telles is an elected official who serves as the Clark County Public Administrator. He was was wheeled out of his home on a stretcher and put into an ambulance at about 6pm on September 7, 2022, just hours after officials had searched Telles’s home, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

Telles lost a Democratic primary in June 2022, in part, due to Jeff German's' investigative stories about his conduct in office. Some of the allegations against Telles included “emotional stress, bullying and favoritism”.^[1]

Telles is being charged with the murder of Jeff German.

He was denied bail at a court appearance where prosecutor Richard Scow revealed German had been stabbed seven times and allegedly had Telles' DNA under his fingernails.

Telles was represented by a public defender who said he was reserving his response to the prosecution's allegations until the defendant's next court appearance.

The police served search warrants at Telles’ home, hours before the arrest.

He lived in a two-story in the Peccole Ranch neighborhood.

Telles purchased the four-bedroom home for $215,000 in 2011.

He worked as an HVAC technician at the College of Southern Nevada before graduating from UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law in the spring of 2014.
