Jimmy Winfrey, (born on May 24, 1990) popularly known as Peewee Roscoe, is an American rapper. He is best known for his affiliation with the Atlanta, Georgia based hip-hop collective Bankroll Mafia.[1] He is also known as an affiliate of fellow ATL native Young Thug.
Career
Peewee Roscoe is a member of Bankroll Mafia a music group that manifested in 2016. Bankroll Mafia is an American hip hop collective from Atlanta, Georgia. Other Atlanta-based rappers also joined the collective, including Lil Duke and London Jae.[10]
In 2009, Peewee Roscoe had appeared on MTV reality show, T.I.'s Road to Redemption, where T.I. hoped to encourage teenagers to avoid spending a life of crime by showing seven teenagers that there is another way. With help from T.I., Roscoe broke into the hip hop industry, eventually working with fellow Atlanta-based rapper Young Thug and becoming his road manager. In May 2015, Thug and Roscoe revealed they were no longer affiliated with Birdman's Rich Gang.[9]
Law Suit
On April 26, 2015 after Lil Wayne performed a show at Compound night club in Atlanta two of his tour buses were targeted on the highway, but no one was hurt. Winfrey caused $20,000 worth of damages to the bus, in the alleged gang-related shooting. Winfrey was booked and held without bond in early June, while facing several charges including possession of a firearm by a felon, criminal gang activity, aggravated assault, terroristic threats and and reckless conduct. a very detailed police indictment released after the shooting indicated that Winfrey placed calls to phones connected to both Young Thug and Birdman, before and after the shooting[3]
On Nov. 20, 2015, Roscoe pled guilty to six gang-related charges and was sentenced to 10 years in prison and 10 years probation

In the court documents, Winfrey indicated that the shooting stemmed from Williams' ongoing financial dispute with Lil Wayne.
Long signed to Cash Money Records, Wayne has recently tried to extricate himself from the label, which refuses to release his long-awaited Tha Carter V. [4]
Peewee Roscoe appealed his 10-year prison sentence in February claiming that Cobb Superior Court Judge Mary Staley Clark pushed him into taking a plea deal heβd previously declined by threatening him with a harsh sentence if he went to trial.[5] Roscoe will get another chance in court because according to a Supreme Court of Georgia majority decision the judge was found guilty to have over stepped her boundary.[7]
