Michael and his girlfriend, Anne Hardcastle, are accused of sexually abusing a Utah woman by luring here into an aggressive threesome with drugs in alcohol.

Michael can potential lose his job if convicted and is currently suspended from his work.

On May 4th, prosecutors asked the judge to dismiss the case when new evidence came to light.

Hardcastle’s defense attorney, Tara Isaacson, said that the evidence showed “both of the defendants were innocent and this was consensual.”

Hardcastle and Taylor released a joint statement together saying that “We were the true victims of lies and fabrications and a legal process predicated on, among other things, an ill-conceived police investigation that was blatantly biased and a clear abuse of prosecutorial power.”
