While there, they got all got drunk together and agreed to make a detour to their room before they headed out to an after party.
But in the room, they fed the unnamed woman more booze and ecstasy pills before Michael suggested to have a threesome.
The woman blacked out and does not remember what happened after.
The next morning, the woman woke up and went to a friends house to alert the authorities, only to discover an Instagram requested from Hardcastle.
Over the next six months, she got Hardcastle to admit that she sexually abused her, perform oral sex, and fondle her breasts.
At one point, Hardcastle messaged the victim "you said you liked it rough so I gave you what you wanted."
Case Dismissed
On May 4th, prosecutors asked the judge to dismiss the case when new evidence came to light.
Hardcastle’s defense attorney, Tara Isaacson, said that the evidence showed “both of the defendants were innocent and this was consensual.”
Hardcastle and Taylor released a joint statement together saying that “We were the true victims of lies and fabrications and a legal process predicated on, among other things, an ill-conceived police investigation that was blatantly biased and a clear abuse of prosecutorial power.”
