Martina Westcott is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania. She was arrested and charged with murder on December 28, 2016, in connection to the death of Terrell Bruce. ^[1]

Martina Westcott recently started pursing a Master's degree in public health at Thomas Jefferson University.

On December 27, 2016, Westcott shot her former boyfriend in the head, Terrell Bruce, as he was driving the pair along Park Line drive in Mount Airy, Philadelphia. ^[1]

Terrell Bruce immediately lost control of the Ford Expedition he was driving and crashed into another car before the vehicle flipped onto its side. ^[1] Officials found him dead a few feet from the truck. ^[1]

Westcott fled the scene to her mother's home.
