In January 2014, Pellan and his co-founder Francis Davidson started Sonder. Formerly known as Flatbook, the platform works similar to Airbnb in that it provides people with options to rent out residential spaces. Their unique selling point is based on the standards they uphold. For example, they rent out entire floors or entire apartment buildings and turn them into rentable apartments for travelers and short-term stays. [undefined]
