Kyle Cox (age 31) is the former Park Tudor School basketball coach in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was a rising basketball coach at one of Indiana's exclusive schools. Cox replaced former NBA coach Ed Schilling as the school's head coach. He attributes his success to "Moneyball" tactics. His record as head coach was 55-6! The team used analytics data from the Dan Gilbert funded startup Krossover.
On February 4, 2016 Cox was arrested on charges of child pornography.
On February 4, 2016 the principle of Park Tudor School Matthew Miller committed suicide. It is unclear if his suicide was related to Cox's charges.
Cox was a basketball star at Ball State University as an undergraduate. His father, Tony, was athletic director at the school. Kyle was a chemistry major and is an Indiana native. Cox's wife, Emily, was a familiar face at Park Tudor School basketball games. often baking cookies for the team. The couple have one child together.
