Karen Polle is a professional horseback rider from New York. Polle began riding horses from the age of 7 and competitively at the age of 13.
Personal Life
Karen Polle attended The Spence School in New York, And later went on to Yale University to study Economics. [2] Polle ended up taking a deferred timeline for college in order to compete on the Grand Prix circuit for equestrian. In 2016 she won the Hampton's Classic Grand Prix and won $250,000 from Longines. [10] She rides for Japan and aims to represent them in the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics. [1] Polle rides "With Wings" or simply Wings as she refers to him. [1]
Polle and her younger sister, Erica Polle, founded a startup called GivTake in 2015 that aims to become a central platform for college students to buy and sell from one another.
