Dr. Kami Parsa is an Oculoplastic and reconstructive surgeon and angel investor based in Beverly Hills, California. He specializes exclusively in reconstructive, revisional, blepharoplasty, ptosis, and cosmetic eyelid surgery. ^{[24] [25] [2]}

He attended the University of California, Los Angeles where he majored in aeronautical sciences and biology. After graduating with honors from the Keck School of Medicine of USC, Dr. Parsa completed a residency in ophthalmology at USC’s Doheny Eye Institute. He then completed a two-year sub-specialty fellowship in Oculoplastic an Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Miami’s Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, ranked by U.S. News & World Report as the number one program in the country. ^{[28] [29]}

Dr. Kami Parsa is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and fellowship trained by the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is a clinical professor at USC’s Department of Ophthalmology and USC’s Department of Plastic Surgery. For over ten years, he has been involved in many clinical and basic science research projects. Dr. Parsa has also published numerous articles and has been an invited lecturer both nationally and internationally. His current research focus is the use of minimally invasive modalities for periocular rejuvenation. ^[2]

In addition to maintaining a busy surgical practice and teaching at USC, Dr. Parsa is involved in several humanitarian organizations. He is one of the founders of Surgical Friends Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to delivering reconstructive surgery to patients who do not have access to quality medical care.
