Nakhate started her career with DSP Merrill Lynch Limited in 1989.
She got promoted to the hEad of Global Markets.
After working for nineteen years in DSP and DSPML, Nakhate became the Vice Chairperson of JP Morgan India in 2009.
Kaku got appointed as Head of Indian Operations in 2010 at Bank of America Corporation. She is the National Executive Board of AMCHAM( American Chamber of Commerce).
