Death
On August 15, 2016 Michelle Stevens and her husband Joseph were stabbed to death by Austin Harrouff before he started eating Joseph's face.
The attack was unprovoked and random as he did not know the Michelle or Joseph.
Police speculated that he may have been using the drugs Bath salts or Flakka.
