Hall attended Branson High School in Branson, Missouri. He hails from St. Louis, Missouri.
Animal Abuse

On June 4, 2017, Hall was arrested and charged with animal abuse and armed criminal action. Hall and Kyle Wayne Williams tied a kitten to a car’s bumper and dragged it to its death.
Williams also posted the video of the incident to Facebook. Jordan and others filmed the cat running behind the vehicle until it couldn’t run anymore.
The cat died behind the vehicle while the perpetrators continued riding around and laughing with the dead cat still being dragged behind the vehicle.
