On June 4, 2017, Williams was arrested and charged with animal abuse and armed criminal action. ^{[0] [2]} Jordan Hall and Williams tied a kitten to a car’s bumper and dragged it to its death. ^{[0] [2]}

Williams also posted the video of the incident to Facebook. ^{[1] [0]}Jordan and others filmed the cat running behind the vehicle until it couldn’t run anymore. ^[7]

The cat died behind the vehicle while the perpetrators continued riding around and laughing with the dead cat still being dragged behind the vehicle.
