John Howard is one of three students at Dietrich High School in Idaho accused of sexually assaulting a fellow teammate on Dietrich High School's football team.

Aswell as being a football player John Howard is a sick human being who should be ashamed of himself, he is a rapist, a bully, a racist biggot who overall does not deserve death, death is too peaceful for him.

John Howard deserves to go insane with guilt,regret and shame.

He was ringleader of the assault, forcing the disabled black teammate to be raped by a coat hanger and having the hanger repeatedly kicked in.

After pretending to hug the victim, they forcibly attacked the victim, the victim's family has sued Dietrich High School for $10 million.

John Howard is a former football player at Dietrich High School. John hails originally from Washington State and spent time in Texas before moving to Dietrich Idaho. He was sent to live with relative in Idaho because he was getting into too much trouble in Texas. John's uncle is legendary basketball coach Acey Shaw. John's father served as Acey's assistant coach.

In 2015, Howard, along with his teammate/accomplice Tanner Ward, was arrested for sodomizing his disabled black teammate with a coat hanger. This was the culmination of allegations of months of teasing and taunting, some of what has not been proved yet,which included forcing the disabled teammate to memorize the lyrics to a racist song.

According to his testimony, the disabled teammate said: "I screamed.

I was pretty upset.

I felt really bad.

A little bit betrayed and confused at the same time.

It was terrible — a pain I’ve never felt."

Howard is supposed to graduate from high school on May 27th.

Howard and Tanner Ward will be charged as adults and could face life in prison under Idaho law. The state attorney general’s office filed sexual assault charges against the three.

Despite facing life in prison, John Howard was sentenced to zero jail or prison time instead he’s getting two years of probation and 300 hours of community service. With good behavior, the judge said his record could be expunged. He’ll also be allowed to do his community service in his new home in Texas where his family peacefully relocated. ^[1]

John Howard had submitted an Alford plea, which allowed him to maintain his innocence while acknowledging that prosecutors would have most likely won a conviction if the case had gone to trial. A judge will only order prison time if Howard violates his probation. The maximum punishment that could be meted out in such a case would be 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $50,000.

District Judge Randy Stoker agreed to bind himself to the plea bargain, which includes a withheld judgement, meaning at sentencing, Stoker will order Howard be placed on probation but will not order an underlying prison sentence. A judge will order a prison term only if Howard violates his probation.

Deputy Attorney General Casey Hemmer believed that the sodomizing attack was not sexually or racially motivated.
