Jersey Champs is an apparel company that specializes in creating and distributing custom jerseys based on hip-hop and pop culture references.  The company was founded by Sean Kelly in 2016.  Jersey Champs has been featured in Entrepreneur, Inc. Magazine, The Huffington Post, BuzzFeed, Forbes, New York Times, Future Sharks, MSN, Fox News, ABC News, Breitbart, USA Today and a number of blogs and podcasts.     
Sean Kelly (Entrepreneur) launched Jersey Champs out of his dorm room during his freshman year at Rutgers University in May of 2016. He started the company with just $1,000 and put jerseys up on the site for preorder, selling out in the first week. His first concept was a "Views From the 6" Jersey.  Jersey Champs has been able to expand by growing its Instagram and leveraging Facebook, Snapchat, and Instagram ads and also collaborating with notable influencers and celebrities.  As of December 2018, Jersey Champs had over 1.6 million followers on Instagram and 70k likes on Facebook. 
Jersey Champs utilizes a team of independent graphic designers to create custom concepts.  Themes for the jerseys range from hip-hop, cultural references, trending memes and more.  Popular concepts include Backwoods, Flint Tropics, Blue Mountain State, The Mighty Ducks, Tune Squad, The Fresh Prince of Bel Air and more.
