Jeremy Meeks (born February 7, 1984) is an American former criminal turned model from Stockton, California. Meeks is managed by White Cross Management.

Jeremy Meeks is most notable for his mugshot taken after his arrest in 22014 which went viral on Facebook. When he was released in 2016, he began a modeling career.

In 2002, Jeremy Meeks was charged with robbery and corporal injury to a child; Meeks allegedly jumped and beat up a 16-year-old boy. After making a plea deal, he was sentenced to serve two years in a California prison.

In June 2014, he was arrested in a gang sweep in Stockton, California. Meeks was married to Melissa Meeks, but they got a divorce when he was caught by paparazzi making out with Topshop heiress Chloe Green. He and his wife were together for 8 years and have one child.

After the Stockton Police Department posted his mugshot on Facebook, it went viral in 2015 across social media. In July 2014 the San Joaquin County District Attorney dismissed all eight charges and $1,000,000 bail. He was charged with one count of felon in possession of a firearm and pled guilty in federal court.

On March 9, 2016, he was released from prison.

He has since "found God"

In June 2016, Meeks shared his first modeling headshot on Instagram too much fanfare. He is now verified on Instagram as a top model.

At the start of 2017, Meeks posted photos of himself with his new Maserati. The photo went viral on the internet as a sign that Meeks is now wealthy because of his internet fame.

When Jeremy Meeks was 18 years old and charged with injuring and robbing a teenage boy, he admitted that he was a member of the Northside Gangster Crips.

Since leaving jail and starting his modeling career, he has hinted he is still part of the street gang but claims he has quit 'to a certain extent' since his rise to model fame.

In February 2017, Meeks made his runway debut at New York Fashion Week walking for Philipp Plein. He walked the runway shirtless for his debut. [27]

He is also pusuing an acting career.

Sometime in 2017, he started taking acting classes.

He says he has developed a passion for being on stage and doing improve.

Jeremy Meeks was married to Melissa Meeks. Together, they had three kids; Melissa had two kids from a previous relationship.

In June 2017, he was photographed in Turkey making out with Chloe Green, the heiress of Topshop. In July 2017, he and his wife filed for divorce. The two were married for eight years.

He is the son of Katherine Angier.

According to her, he once ran a kids' baseball team.
