Jeff Seid began his career in the fitness industry a month before his high school graduation. During his high school days, he was an All-American wrestler, taking second at nationals, and an All-American outside linebacker. He worked as a personal trainer for a couple months and also at a pizza parlor called Round Table Pizza.

Jeff Seid was born in Valley Medical Hospital in Renton, Washington. He began playing sports at the young age of 5 and lifting weights at the age of 11. Jeff has two sisters named Melissa and Kristina.
