Jay Coss (age 27 years) is an American International Federation of BodyBuilding & Fitness Classic Pro, Fitness Model and Nutritionist. As early as the age of 18 Jay had had a passion for fitness, in no time he got interested and engrossed in Weightlifting ^[14]

John Coss, popularly referred to as Jay Coss, grew up in Houston, Texas. While in college, Jay did not have any other hobbies asides weightlifting due to the enormous responsibility of his academics. Back then, a gym was not too far from his college his spends his spare time there.

Due to his constant visit to the gym his physique changed and he was in love with the way his body had improved.

He decided to pay more attention to Bodybuilding.

Throughout the years, Jay compete in several events and was able to win the NPC show leading him to the International Federation of BodyBuilding & Fitness Pro status in 2017.

Also, he became an online coach and successful entrepreneur.

Jay's Physical exercise routine majorly contains what he loves doing and enjoys. Push-Pull legs is his favorite. He finds pleasure in lifting heavy weights. Deadlifts are also one of his favorites. Exercise is simply exciting.
