His work for Citizens for Trump brought him into contact with members of the Trump campaign, Roger Stone and General Michael Flynn, and he became a regular guest-host on Bill Mitchell's YourVoice Radio. Posobiec posted the archive onto twitter using the hashtag #Macronleaks. The hashtag went viral and the archive of emails led to information being disclosed about Macron and his campaign staff.
June 2020 Assault
On June 26, 2020, fierce arguments broke out by a statue of Abraham Lincoln in Washington, D.C. as dozens of protesters hoping to remove it confronted a handful of people eager to defend the monument. Several dozen officers with U.S. Park Police and the D.C. police watched the arguments, mostly without interfering. They stood spread throughout Lincoln Park, apparently ready to protect the statue, which federal and D.C. law enforcement had encircled with protective metal fencing the day before.[55][56]
Close to 8 p.m., demonstrators chased Posobiec from the park.
Posobiec had wandered near the base of the monument, spurring some demonstrators to yell obscenities, call him a Nazi and urge him to leave the city.
A dozen protesters shoved and chased Posobiec into a side street.
After a couple minutes of tense yelling, a police van pulled up and officers spilled out to form a protective line around Posobiec.
Despite officers' insistence they leave Posobiec alone, a handful of demonstrators remained for a while longer, yelling obscenities.
Police pushed at least one protester to the ground before helping Posobiec into the van and driving away.
