Ira Peskowitz is a Palm Beach County Sheriff Deputy. He lives in West Palm Beach.

Peskowitz grew up in raised in Syosset, New York and graduated from Syosset High School in 1986. He went into a career in law enforcement and is not a Sheriff Deputy for the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office. ^[1]

Over 13 year ago, Peskowitz was involved in a serious relationship with Barbara Ann and they lived together in a middle-class household.

Their romance resulted in the birth of their daughter Danielle Bregoli. The infancy of Danielle was marked with strife

and argument between her parents, with her mother sending Peskowitz's future wife an email saying “I hope you had a nice July 4th weekend with my boyfriend, while I was taking care of our four-month-old daughter.

You can have him, you (expletive) because after I’m done with him, he will have nothing, bitch.”

Bregoli and Peskowitz have been in a custody battle over their daughter.

The case was settled when she was 18-months-old when a judge ruled that her Bregoli would have “sole parental decision-making responsibility” in the girl’s life.

while Peskowitz would have “open and liberal” visitation rights.

Since then, Peskowitz has had little visitation with his daughter at all due to the tumultuous relationship he has with Bregoli.

He pays child support and talks to her by phone, but says that he is still fighting to see his daughter and will not give up on her.

Ever since his daughter achieved meme stardom with her phrase Cash Me Outside How Bow Dah, Peskowitz has been thrown into the spotlight and gave an interview with the Palm Beach Post where he said he was appalled by his daughter's behavior and is disappointed in Dr. Phil.

In his free time, Ira enjoys playing tennis and has taught youth tennis camps before.

He is a fan of the New York Jets, New York Mets, and New York Knicks. Ira is married to Stephanie Peskowitz and they have two children together.
