Rise and Success
iLOVEFRiDAY’s “Mia Khalifa” Music Video
Although they received a lot of negative feedback for their first song, they had more engagement and gained subscribers on it then any of their previous vlogs.
They decided to delete all their vlogs and focus on music.
Their most popular songs are "Mia Khalifa", "TRAVEL BAN", "Woah Vicky", "Sauce it UP", and "Hate Me".
"Mia Khalifa" was originally released in February 2018 with a corresponding music video the following month.
The song can be traced back to a fake tweet from Mia Khalifa posted on a meme page that attacked Hijabi.
Mia Khalifa gained massive traction after being lip-synched by a large number of users on the app TikTok, one of the most popular ones being from Nyannyancosplay.
Musical Style
Carr calls iLOVEFRiDAY music expressive more than lyrical.
Their music has been describe as meme rap.
