Hum Tum and Them is story about single parents Shiva (Shweta Tiwari) and Yudi (Akshay Oberoi). They have both have children. Both Shiva and Yudi(trying to enjoy the independent life but problem starts when their children blame them for past life and also few of them having teenage dilemmas. This happens when shiva and yuvi are trying to get close to each other and this is story about how both shiva and Yudi deal with their Chidren's problems and perceptions and succeed in their relationship.^[3]
