Hope Howard is an American model, personal trainer, and former US Air Force Fighter Jet Mechanic. She lives in Destin, Florida.

Howard grew up in a one-bedroom house where she, her parents, and her sister slept in the same room. At a young age, Howard had always dreams to be a model, but she also felt the need to contribute to the world.

After high school, she decided to pursue the latter and enlisted in the US Air Force and became a fighter jet mechanic. When she was 19, she was deployed to Afghanistan where she says she had an M-16 strapped to her 24/7. It was during her time in service that Howard became interested in physical training and nutrition. She was enlisted in the military for 6 years.

The tipping point to pursue fitness and modeling full-time for Howard was the death of her grandmother who said to her to live the life she wanted no matter what.

Motivated, Howard decided to dedicate herself to the gym and became a successful IFBB Bikini Professional and Personal Trainer in the process.

Howard became a well-known figure on social media and has a growing presence on Instagram and worked with prominent photographers such as Ohrangutang. As of August 2020, she has over 1 million followers on Instagram and over 69,000 subscribers on YouTube channel showing her life and life of her family. ^[1] Hope has been featured in XXL Magazine, GQ Australia, Daily Mail, and Esquire.

Hope is married to her husband, Cody Hook.

^[1] In July 2017, they announced on their YouTube that Hope is pregnant. In January 2018, the couple welcomed their first daughter, Isabel Anne.^[1][6]

On June 19, 2020, after 10 years of marriage, Hook re-proposed to Howard.

They will renew their vows in January 2021.^[21]
