On Thursday, January 18, 2018 Heather was killed in a quadruple murder suicide incident at her father's White Plains, Alabama home. ^{[undefined] [undefined]} Authorities stated that Tony Parker shot and killed his children, Heather and Rusty Parker along with Heather's fiancé before killing himself. ^{[undefined] [undefined] [undefined]}

Deputies went to the home after receiving a phone call from Parker, saying he had killed people and was going to kill himself.

Deputies found two bodies in the front yard and one in the back yard, but not Parker.

After tracing the origin of the 911 call, Parker's location was traced to a nearby store.
